CNODDAT representatives were there attending TOC

TOC was held in Dubai during Dec.6 to Dec.7, 2016. During which guests had discussions on the topic of port planning and design, application of automation etc..At the meantime, One Belt One Road (OBOR) proposal by China had become one hot topic as the speakers were giving their point of views how to face the challenges and opportunities accompanied. CNODDAT representatives were there attending the event.
